Course Title: City & Guilds 18th Edition 2382-22 Course
Course Length: The course consists of 2 days of training with a 3rd day booked for your assessment online.
Purpose: Update electricians on the new requirements and changes in IET Wiring Regulations BS7671.
Cost: The course costs £450 EX. Vat (1 free resit).
Course Description
The course will cover changes made in the BS7671:2022 amendment 2 regulations, such as changes to identification and labels, fire safety designs and arc fault detection devices, ensuring you’re compliant with the latest standards. This qualification is primarily aimed at practising electricians and other allied professionals needing to update and enhance their understanding of IET Wiring Regulations. Completing the course ensures that individuals are conversant with the format, content and application of the updated requirements for electrical installations.
Entry Requirements
While there are no formal entry requirements for candidates undertaking the City & Guilds 2382-22 qualification, it is expected that candidates can demonstrate basic knowledge of design, installation and testing of electrical installations set by the IET Wiring Regulations.
How is This Course Assessed?
This course is assessed by a multiple-choice online test set to the City & Guilds 2382 exam. The questions will cover the underpinning knowledge relating to the content and application of BS7671:2022 Amendment 2.
